Is Commazaar free to use?
Yes. Creating an account and earning points is free. Commazaar makes money from brand partners, not from charging members.
Which countries is Commazaar available in?
We are rolling out across the EU, UK, Switzerland, and Norway. Join the waitlist and we will email you when rewards are live in your country.
How do I claim an offer?
Browse offers in the app, tap to activate the ones you want, then shop as usual before the offer expires. Activated offers are matched when you submit a receipt or complete a qualifying purchase.
How do I submit a receipt?
After you shop, open the app and snap a photo of your paper receipt. Make sure the store name, date, and items are visible. You can also connect e-receipts from email for select retailers.
When do my points arrive?
Most in-store receipts are verified within a few days. Online orders through the extension or partner checkouts may take longer depending on the retailer return window.
Can I use Commazaar with store loyalty cards and credit cards?
Yes. Commazaar stacks on top of supermarket loyalty programmes, fuel cards, and credit card rewards. Activate an offer, pay as normal, then submit your receipt.
How does the browser extension work?
Install the Commazaar Chrome extension, stay signed in, and shop at partner retailers online. Qualifying orders are tracked automatically and points are added after verification.
What can I redeem points for?
Gift cards from popular European brands, bank or PayPal payouts where available, and local perks such as dining credits and neighbourhood offers. Options vary by country.
Is there a minimum to cash out?
Minimum redemption amounts depend on your country and payout method. Check the Rewards section in the app for current thresholds where you live.
What if my receipt is rejected?
Common reasons include a blurry photo, missing offer activation, or a purchase outside the offer window. You can resubmit if the issue was technical, or contact support through the app.
How do friend referrals work?
Share your personal referral link from the app. When a friend signs up and snaps their first qualifying receipt, you both earn bonus points.
How do I refer people as an affiliate?
